It’s official… Highland Holistic Healing is now…

🌿🧡WILDER HOUSE🧡🌿

After much thought, consideration, soul searching, dreaming, and a little bit (A LOT!) of release work… I’m so excited to introduce ‘Wilder House’… the new home for (what was previously) Highlands… a new space and direction for everything that I create, practice, and share.

The word ‘Wilder’ speaks to a return to what is real 🙌🏼

It speaks to becoming more instinctive, expressive, creative, intuitive, and authentic… to stepping away from the expectations, rules, and noise that can pull us away from our authentic self.

To me, becoming ‘wilder’ isn’t about becoming reckless, loud, chaotic, or untamed… it’s about becoming more alive, more authentic, more embodied, and more willing to follow your own rhythm. It’s about creating, feeling, moving, resting, exploring and allowing life to unfold with a little more freedom… and flow 🧡

‘Wilder House’ will bring together three interconnected worlds (rooms):

🎨 ART - original paintings, prints, business/brand commissions, personal commissions, creative projects, and art-led offerings (keep your eyes peeled for details very soon).

🕯️ RITUAL - tarot, meditation, online offerings, practices, rituals, and objects created to help you create ritual in your own world.

💆🏼‍♀️ EMBODIMENT - massage, head spa, somatic practices, movement, breathwork, and experiences designed to reconnect you with your body and its own wisdom.

At the heart of Wilder House is creation, connection, and embodiment… the belief that creativity, and wellbeing don’t have to exist in separate boxes. They can flow into one another, just as the different parts of ourselves do 🫶🏻

This is more than a new name. It’s a new direction for me here which is a little more a little more honest… and a lot more ME (and you too, I hope).

✨A little update on in-person appointments✨

As I move through to this next chapter of my business… transitioning from Highlands… into the new version of this business (who’s name I’m yet to announce 🙊), plus making space to focus on the creative and online sides of my work, and honouring what my own health and wellbeing need from me…

… I’ve made the decision to reduce my in-person treatment days to Thursday mornings, and Fridays only, for the remainder of 2026.

This MAY be temporary… and I’ll reassess my days and hours as we move into the new year. But for now, it means there will be just 7-8 casual appointments available each month, making in-person sessions a little more exclusive and… understandably…harder to come by.

To make the most of the limited appointment spaces, I’ve extended my existing 60 minute treatments treatments to 90 minutes… giving us more time together to slow down, settle in, and make your visit the truly unrushed ritual that you deserve 😌

I’ll also be introducing a wait-list basis from now on, as appointments are likely to book further in advance than they have previously.

So, if you know you’d like to come in for a treatment before the end of the year, I really encourage you to book ahead and secure your Thursday morning or Friday spot 💜

I’ve now opened my online booking calendar 6 months in advance (instead of my usual 2 months), so you can plan your visits well ahead of time and have your preferred spot locked in.

Thank you, as always, for your patience, understanding and support as I gently reshape this business into something that feels more sustainable, creative, and aligned for the next chapter.

The doors aren’t closing… they’re simply becoming a little smaller, slower and more intentional 🫶🏻

I don’t feel like we ever truly ‘lose’ ourselves.

It may feel like it, but we’re not lost.

More often than not… our true, authentic self is simply overshadowed by responsibility, stress, trauma, exhaustion, or over giving.

It’s still there though, waiting to be rediscovered. Waiting to be uncovered. Waiting to be brought back to life.

That’s who the new Highlands is for. For the woman who is rediscovering her core self, her authenticity, her personal truth… gently and organically through art, ritual, and embodiment.

I cannot WAIT to share the new name, new structure, and new offerings with you… but until that time is right… does that woman sound like you?
