Spinal Flow Technique is now available. I know some people are asking why a Naturopath who has massaged for forty years would chose to study more?
I have noticed that whilst remedial massage is great for helping physical soft tissue issues, some times the issues like sciatica, bursitis and neurological issues just keep comin back.
Why? Because it's the nervous system sending the message and the body follows the programming.

Bones need to receive messages from our muscles to strengthen them.
Sacropenia or age related muscle loss begins at around thirty.
We need exercise for healthy muscles and bones.
Proserpine health n fitness offer circuit class Mondays 9.30 am
Stretch and relax Wednesday 9.30 am
Fun n fitness Thursday 9.30 am.
If you prefer to exercise on your own, you can do that as well.
Social squash Mondays from 5.30pm or Tuesday from 9am.

Andropause - The Male Menopause!
This can occur generally when males reach their late 40s to early 50s and onward from there.
The symptoms can include:
Decreased Libido and Erectile Dysfunction: A significant drop in s*x drive and difficulty achieving or maintaining an er****on are frequently reported.
Fatigue and Low Energy: Many men experience persistent tiredness, reduced energy levels, and decreased motivation.
Mood Changes: Andropause can be associated with irritability, anxiety, depression, difficulty concentrating and short term memory issues.
Sleep Disturbances: Insomnia and other sleep problems may occur.
Loss of Muscle Mass and Strength: Reduced testosterone can lead to a decrease in muscle mass and strength leading to a reduced ability to exercise.
Weight Gain, Particularly Around the Midsection: Metabolism may slow down, and muscle loss can contribute to weight gain.
Hot Flashes: While more commonly associated with women, some men experience hot flashes due to hormonal fluctuations.
Gynecomastia: In some cases, andropause can lead to the development of breast tissue in men.
Height loss, fractures, or low bone mineral density ie osteopenia or osteoporosis.
Testosterone levels gradually decrease in men by approximately 1% per year beginning around ages 30 to 40, and this decline is generally not considered to cause issues on its own but other triggers are lack of sleep, a poor diet, lack of exercise, drinking too much alcohol, smoking, low self-esteem can attribute to andropause.
Don’t let these symptoms interfere with your everyday life and happiness, lets work together to find the underlying cause and implement a plan to resolve it.
