Lady Artemisia • Artemisia Vulgaris • Mugwort

This herb is typically my go to first line of treatment for menstrual and womb healing partly due to her extensive history and use as a women's herb but also because she can address many interconnected imbalances throughout various organ systems.

Herbs are never a one size fits all and healing is a very nuanced and personal experience which can greatly depend on how the herbs are taken, in what frequency, form, dose and consistency.

When reflecting on my own journey over many years of working with Artemisia I have enjoyed her medicine as a tea, tincture, essence, hydrosol, spice, smoke, suppository, balm and herbal oil.

As a nightly tea I have loved how Artemisia has detoxified my digestive system and blood, lending to a transformed and pain free menstrual cycle.
