Some NDIS providers are like the shonky car dealers of the 70's.

No matter how many dodgy deals they do, no matter how many complaints, no matter how many disgruntled customers, they just keep spruiking and believing in their own PR lies.

In an absolutely indefensible act of Trumpian insanity, Monique Jeremiah of Diversity Models posted a lengthy video in an attempt to tell her side of this ongoing fiasco.

In doing so, Monique decided that it was ok to:
- dox an NDIS participant
- publish personal details
- disclose private medical information
- make public allegations of fraud against the participant
- make critical remarks about the person’s physical characteristics

I will not publish the link to that awful video. However, I, and others, have copies and we have the transcript. We have the evidence and we are making the appropriate compliant to the NDIA, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and the Privacy Commissioner

Monique has breached the NDIS Code of Conduct, the Commonwealth Privacy Act, and at least one Queensland law.

She will be held accountable.
She must be held accountable.

At the very least she needs to be stripped of her NDIS Registration and penalised under each statute.

A ban on providing services to NDIS Participants is not unwarranted.

Please, take time to lodge complaints to the relevant authorities and, if nothing else, sign this petition.

We emailed NDIS Minister, Bill Shorten, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and we pulled no punches.

In the ABC 4 Corners program 'Careless' on 25th September, Tracy Mackey smiled her way through a deeply serious interview, washed her hands of any responsibility, and demonstrated she is unfit to lead the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

It is time for the Minister, Bill Shorten, to replace the sheepish Commissioner with a sharp-toothed wolf that is prepared to prosecute instead of defaulting to a little finger wagging.

The Commission also needs more resources to put feet in the doorways of providers and do random checks on welfare, quality, and safeguarding.

Here's a simple 4 point plan:

1. Sack Tracy Mackey
2. Resource The Commission
3. Prosecute With Prejudice
4. Put Safeguarding First
