Satire Saturday: I had to let Albo go from the tallow soap business… he just wouldn’t stop trimming the fat. 😂

So I wanted to employee someone to help with the demand of running my Tallow soap and skincare business. Everyone knows that soap is made with Fat/Oils and an alkali. The issue with Albo is that he was trimming the fat (pun intended).

He was working for me for a while but then with all the trimming of the fat and the need to increase my business workers comp insurance, then payment of award wages, superannuation, leave entitlements - it nearly broke me, but I thought hey he's a good worker, apart from the trimming of the fat, and I would love to keep him on but then ... payroll tax and business tax hit and I had to let him go. It was a shame -
I thought his mates would help me with some sort of small business incentive, but I was very wrong. So I decided to go back to doing 12-13 hour days 7 days a week to keep the business going.

So if you want to buy our tallow soap and skincare knowing that I DID NOT trim the fat because of Albo, and that we are still 100% Australian made and owned go to the link in our bio.

Hopefully I can employee him again down the track...
