HOME in Queanbeyan

HOME in Queanbeyan HOME is a community initiative providing a loving place for adults with enduring mental illness. Charity is not handed out at HOME.

HOME residents are 19 men and women with enduring mental illness who cannot live independently, or may be at risk of homelessness. Home is driven by two principles:
To build a sense of self-worth and belonging to our residents, encouraging and supporting them to live productive and meaningful lives within their community. HOME continues to be a voice for those in our midst who are isolated by endu

Today, our Junior School held a lunch order fundraiser for Karinya House and HOME in Queanbeyan. Students enjoyed choosing a lunch pack filled with party pies, sausage rolls, drinks, as well as savoury and sweet treats.

A big thank you to our Year 6 Leaders for doing an amazing job packing all the orders!

We will be holding our Bunnings Sausage sizzle tomorrow the 13th of June at Bunnings Fyshwick from 9am- 4pm. Come along ...
