Taking a few minutes to check your breasts regularly can help you notice any changes that may need to be checked by a healthcare professional.

Look for changes in size, shape or appearance, lumps, unusual pain, ni**le changes or anything that feels different for you.

💗 Know your normal. Check your breasts. Speak up about any changes.
