Beautiful offering felt today, in the hands of the elder tree and the roots of our primordial mother. Where love, joy, fun and play all held significant meaning with eachother. Alchemy had arrived here as a gentle place to sit in. 🌌

My heart feels full holding this space for another. I am feeling so much gratitude for what emotion was felt in the session today. And the beauty of that being mirrored as shared experience.

I am finding that every woman who enters to experience this offering, all end up saying the same thing.

" This is so unique",
" I have never felt anything like this",
" This feels incredibly special".

And each one of them leave feeling held, loved as they are and completely seen. 🩷✨️

There is the growing of a freedom I see with that, it is felt with a deeper remembering, an organic glow and effect that occurs from when these women begin feeling more in tune with their own field, body and emotional landscape authentically.

When their entire system understands it is held in an environment that does not force, apply pressure, judge or ignore what the body is saying.

But rather; guides, makes room, balances, listens and restores their trust in the process that they're having.

These energy work and reading sessions really are unique. They can be a powerful doorway into understanding and honouring who we are through all the layers and to see ourselves from our souls perspective.

This serves as an individual journey everytime, one we can take through deeply listening to than decipher in the perception and creation of our own meaning.

Its wide, its expansive, the insights are profound and the connections always leave me in awe.

The core of this offering is love, compassion and divine presence while moving through all the realms of the human experience to widen into further access with our own innate wisdom.

While recognising what it is that draws us back to center each and every time. 🌿

Words can only describe these sessions to a certain level of understanding them; though coming in to....feel....what it is that women are saying is how you may truly experience them.

From the wonderful feedback that I have received so far, it feels safe to say that you wont be disappointed.

Strength • Eagle Medicine

I have been in and out of conversation with the spirit and medicine of the Eagle this month.
In particular her beak. I have felt that really speak into the spaces of healing taking place through me, with those who work with me and all that is around me. She has made herself visible at different points of the day, reminding us of resilience through the seasons and their change. The way she comes in has been noticeable to lift only where needed.

This post feels to be for a select few,
Though I'm sharing this for anyone else who may feel to call upon her today ~

A lot of us are feeling the invitation to carve out new spaces. Spaces for different kinds of communication, deeper truths, exploring long held hardships, and expressing desires where we once held them hidden.

Strength is what the eagle has been speaking to with me and those coming through the healing door. Strength is conveyed here as a reminder to inhabit and take forward action or also to go inward to receive through these very things. (There is a delicate act of an inward and outward exploration occurring).

Her beak shows me, her return to self, her refocus towards her own body, chest and heart. Is it here we muster the courage, the strength to be as we are. 🩷

To fill those places, that long for more of us to be felt, acknowledged, heard or seen.

To soar, wider, wiser, wild, free.

To feel in a world, to hold, to grieve.
To recognize Strength within me.
Within us and all of men and women, humankind.

To vocalise it into creation.

To keep a clear eye upon the ground, a sense of what is there holding us, what sustenance is being offered for us, while building upon the resilience to carve out the path we know is for us. Even if all odds feel against it. Or we can't quite see the end yet. Something pulls forward here and strength is the medicine.

Strength in self,
Strength in our spine,
Strength in the roots,
And so on.

Holding a space for more of a woman's power, quality and truth to move through feels like a great privilege to do. Today during the session we travelled through many doorways that led to the return and the embrace of her rising energy. This energy was organic in the way it had come to meet with her here in this moment, surfacing with the offering of a great rebirth, after first taking her into her own birth story.

Its always an honour this feeling,
one that I am in awe of when weaving healing through and with the sacred.

Witnessing women feel more access, ease and further remembrance in this becomes magic. Each and every time it becomes a powerful reminder, of just how much our own bodies know the way, and our soul understands how to best navigate the experience given the right conditions. Caring for the human process in between all of that is a gentle dance that I have come to love and do alongside the elementals, the plants and its keepers that are there holding that too.

The healing I witness taking place during these sacred moments together, is something not always easy nor needed to articulate but rather to feel, to honour and deeply celebrate. I always feel delighted to receive the words that capture the experience of the other woman's, after integration and digestion has held its course. 🕯

Feeling incredibly lucky today that I am working with an array of wise women. 🫶
With every session the medicine deepens.

We are in the cracking stages. The shards the particles the fragmented pieces. It's all here to be felt and witnessed. (In our own pace, own choice and capacity always)

When the seed needs to take root, she cracks for that to happen.

Here in it, she first perceives this time to be a 'brokenness', she meets with the expansion of her essence through a fragmented form. Where it leaks, and moves and feels new, very different and a little awkward.

This is where we are, in the energy of the cracking seed. Our essence opening up the keys to access more.

We havent felt this before, not to this degree. But the place that is expanding in us has previously known or felt some form of defeat. It has known this feeling before but it is no longer familiar in the way it was, for the essence of who we now are, has changed.

What is now moving, has stood behind the door. Waiting for a moment to come back into life and rhytm. To take form.

For this to emerge we must root down deep.
And it is here in the cracking, we first meet every false edge, or exterior holding us where we stood behind that door, way or form and deeper self knowing.

It's a mix of things,
A mix of the core wound leaving for good and the opening of the next angles to view upon.

As we let down the guard for what is ready to go, and wilfully allow it to truly do so, we will start to receive and see the particles of what's in the next version and stage.

Rather than bringing our focus to what we see in that space (ahead of time), we need rest and time to digest what is and has been changed/changing. An honour for the cycle that is ending.

And that is done here, in the fluidity and vulnerability of 'perceived brokenness'.
Where in truth we are never broken but rather at times such as these, felt as fragmented when these parts of us open and travel wider.

Often the place that is felt the weakest is the place we need this new power or version to emerge from.

And during Autumn season that medicine often can come from the space of our throat. And it threads back through our ancestry.

There is medicine in using your voice now. In leaning into creation, expression and doing it different than it was done.

Though there is no rush.
Take your time here.

In sacred ecology there is an ecosystem of intelligence ; moving in collaboration to support us in our emotional healing. The deeper I study this; the more I see, the details of all the threads that weave, to form a holding for us where we are. And it serves as a beautiful reminder to embrace and be here, where we are.

For example,

If we look to the root of our emotion and see that within the container of our overall energetic environment ( not just that of ourselves); we may find the ways through what we are feeling or experiencing to be unfurling as an innate guidance that is happening.

Right now, the fragments weaving would be Autumn, lung & large intestine, metal element, root chakra , ta**us season, looking at the energetics and language of what fruits and foods become available such as pomegranate / citrus and so on..

What I love to share and teach is the weaving of 'self' back into the innate rhythm of our own healing through 》self paced autonomy.

And the magic in that is the relation and the connection that comes back for us, the trust in our own selves, wisdom and knowing.

Because we are all walking a very unique journey, but the holding within the ecological system is the same. And it's cyclical by nature, not quick, short bursted, once off, or something to be fixed. It's devotion to dedicating oneself along a conscious walk with your life in a way only you can.

So many of us need to remember,
What it can be to feel connected in an authentic capacity to and with the nature of ourselves and all of life.

We need a felt sense of safety to do that.
A place to begin to arrive. Little by little. And maybe possibly a little more each time.
