✅ We’re Hiring: Counsellor (NDIS) ✅

Are you a passionate Counsellor who wants to make a real difference in the lives of people with disability and their families? Join our caring team at Hope Care Ability Services, an NDIS-registered provider dedicated to empowering participants to live fulfilling, independent lives.

About the Role:
As our new Counsellor, you’ll provide professional, person-centred counselling to people with disability and their families or carers. You’ll support clients to navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and work towards their NDIS goals — with compassion, cultural respect, and evidence-based practice every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Qualification in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or similar
✔️ Registered or eligible for ACA, PACFA, AASW or equivalent
✔️ Experience supporting people with disability and/or their families
✔️ Understanding of the NDIS and person-centred practice
✔️ Current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check & Police Check (or willingness to get them)
