Alessandro's path to personal training is anything but ordinary. A former competitive kickboxer and Taekwondo ITF athlete, he earned 3rd place at the World Kickboxing Championship, then turned his competitive drive into a deep study of the human body, completing degrees in physiotherapy and cognitive neuroscience in Italy.

That rare combination of elite sport, neuroscience, and rehabilitation science shapes everything he does as a coach. His approach is evidence-based, precise, and built for longevity: helping you move better, recover smarter, and build resilience that lasts.

Still pushing his own limits, Alessandro completed the 2024 Transcontinental Race, a gruelling 4,200km unsupported cycling event across Europe. That lived experience of training the body and mind under real-world demands means he knows exactly what it takes to help you reach yours.
