Spinal Energetics is a modality developed by Chiropractor and Holistic Counsellor Dr Sarah Jane.

It is a practice that combines Eastern and Western thought, to interact with a person’s spine, nervous system and energetic field.

In Spinal Energetics gentle touch is not the only tool. The voice is a facilitator in itself. Watch closely. Access on the sacrum. Sound leaving Pats mouth and as the body begins to move the sound changes with it.

Sound creates vibration. Vibration moves through tissue, through fascia, through the entire length of the spine in a way that hands alone cannot always reach.

Pat is leading the sound but he is following the body. Reading what is moving, when the energy moves the tone changes.

The body is intelligent & sometimes too intelligent.

When accessed at certain points energy begins to move, it will occasionally travel downward away from where the deeper holding lives, away from the pattern it has been protecting for years. This is not failure.
This is the body doing what it has always done.

Avoiding.
Redirecting.
Keeping itself safe from what it is not yet sure it can face.

Watch what Jesse (practitioner) does… No force. No pushing. Just gentle guidance. Jesse is inviting the energy back up the spine toward where it needs to go.

The aim is to send energy toward the tension pattern that has been quietly running in the background.
The nervous system begins to unwind what it has been holding.

Your nervous system communicates with every organ in your body and your organs are not just physical.
They hold emotional imprints. Energetic memory. The residue of everything you have been through.

This position is intentional. Sitting frees the full length of the spine, opens the chest and heart space and allows energy to move through the entire front and back body at once. The body is not passive here. It is present, as the nervous system softens and the fascia begins to unwind, the body is guided into lying down. The practitioner follows the spine. The tissue responds. The energy that has been held in layers of pattern and tension begins to unwind.

What you are watching is not a technique being performed. It is a conversation between practitioner and body. Light touch. Deep listening. The body leading every step of the way.
