What a beautiful evening! 🤍✨

Our very first Birth Ready Evening was everything we hoped it would be and more. Filled with beautiful mums and growing bumps, the night was empowering, educational, and full of meaningful conversations and connections.

A huge thank you to every wonderful mum who joined us and helped make our first event such a success. We loved sharing the evening with you and hope you left feeling informed, supported, and excited for the journey ahead.

We can’t wait to do it all again soon! 💙

Just like any other muscle in your body, your pelvic floor should be able to contract AND fully relax. If your pelvic floor is high tone or not able to fully relax it can lead to symptoms like:
💥 pelvic pain
💥 bladder urgency or leakage
💥 pain with intimacy
💥 difficulty emptying the bladder or bowels

A healthy pelvic floor is a flexible one — strong when it needs to be, and able to relax when it needs to 🧘‍♀️
