>> SACRED CACAO CEREMONY
The evening will be led by a heart-opening Cacao Ceremony, Simone will open the space container with a cacao blessing, honoring all the lands and our ancestors. With cacao in your body vessel, you will be guided into a deep meditative state.
Cacao is a potent plant medicine which opens the heart space and allows the unveiling of the heart’s shadows. Bliss, joy, love, peace, sadness or a deep sense of stillness may be experienced.
>> SHAMANIC DRUM JOURNEY
Meanwhile Cacao medicine will move through all the layers of your being, you will be guided in an expansive Shamanic Drum Journey. Where the drum will play its own rhythm, blending with the energy of the space.
>> SOUND + ENERGY HEALING
Be lovingly held, physically, emotionally and energetically, through the vibrational healing frequencies of Tibetan singing bowls, Shamanic medicine and ocean drums, Koshi wind chimes and flutes.
The group container will be charged with Universal Reiki frequencies and healing touch. Vibrational mists and herbal incense + smokes may be also used during the journey.

We suggest arriving around 2:50pm to allow time to visit the bathroom + find your seat.
>> PREPARATION
Yoga mats, blankets and cushions will be present in the space, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Also please bring the following items:
- water bottle
- eye-mask/bandana (highly recommended)
- any sacred or familiar items to support you (crystal, feathers, cushion, teddy bear, etc.)
- wear comfortable, warm, loose clothing that enables movement with ease
- please refrain from wearing strong cologne/perfumes (in respect of others with allergies)
- snacks, to ground after the Journey, before driving home
