You've been saying that for months. Maybe years. You blame the kids. The early starts. The mental load of being the person who remembers everything.

Iron deficiency is one of the most common nutritional deficiencies in Australia, and it hits women harder, especially if you have heavy periods, you're pregnant or breastfeeding, or you're not getting enough iron through food.

The symptoms sound a lot like "normal life as a busy person": fatigue, brain fog, feeling short of breath going up stairs, pale skin, headaches, restless legs.

A simple blood test can tell you whether low iron is the problem. And if it is, your GP can talk through options, from dietary changes to supplements to iron infusions for more severe cases.

We offer iron infusions onsite at the clinic. The fee is $223, with a Medicare rebate, and the appointment takes about an hour. You can sit, relax, and scroll your phone while your iron levels get topped up.

Not everyone feels comfortable having a traditional cervical screening, and thatโ€™s completely okay. The good news is, uou can now choose self collection.

Itโ€™s simple and done right here at the clinic:

No speculum. No uncomfortable exam.

The test checks for HPV (the virus that causes almost all cervical cancers) and is just as accurate as a clinician-collected sample.
