It’s the beginning of Autumn and on March 20th it’s International Happiness Day with this years theme being Sharing and Caring. So why not dedicate the entire month to harvesting kindness. Being kind to ourselves and others gives us more energy and happiness and it has the ability to ripple out everywhere. How can you start being kinder to yourself first?

I recently had a soul-stirring conversation with a sister circle holder, and it left me pondering the beautiful symbolism of our gatherings. Imagine a circle—once nipped in the middle and given a tiny twist, it transforms into the infinity sign: boundless, endless, limitless, and unbreakable. For me, this image perfectly captures the enduring dance of giving and receiving that happens in our women’s circles.

From the very moment we sign up to join a circle we step into a space brimming with the energy and support of women who together co-create and hold the edges of the circle with us. At the heart of each gathering is a shared intention: to hold space for one another and to be held in return.

It’s hard to put into words, but every time I leave a circle, I feel softer and stronger, wilder, and wiser, fiercer and free. These transformational feelings ripple out into our everyday lives, continuing the cycle of giving and receiving in everything we do.

Our women’s circles are more than gatherings—they’re the unbreakable bonds we forge, a living, breathing infinity of connection. If you can picture that circle in your mind’s eye, then fold it at its middle with a twist, you’ll see the infinity symbol that mirrors the endless support and connection in reciprocity we share.

Can you see the ‘circle shift to infinity’ transformation I wonder?
