Your nervous system doesnāt care what the latest wellness trend promises.
It responds to what is repeated.
Right now, Iām treating myself as a living experiment.
Morning sunlight.
Movement.
Somatic dance.
Walking.
Sauna.
Cold plunge.
Then⦠stillness.
Not because someone told me it works.
Because Iām measuring what actually changes.
As part of the inTruth research, Iām collecting data to see how these daily practices influence my biologyāhow they affect stress, recovery, resilience and energy.
For years, I was incredibly high functioning.
I could perform.
Lead.
Build businesses.
Push through.
But performance isnāt the same as capacity.
Now Iām far more interested in building the biological capacity that allows me to sustain health, relationships, purpose and joy without living in survival mode.
What excites me most isnāt finding one āmagicā intervention.
Itās discovering how consistent, simple habits create measurable changes in the balance between the sympathetic (āgoā) and parasympathetic (ārestoreā) branches of the autonomic nervous system.
Because when your body feels safe enough to recover, everything changes.
You think more clearly.
You respond instead of react.
You sleep better.
You connect more deeply.
You create from abundance instead of exhaustion.
This season of my life feels different.
Despite one of the biggest transitions Iāve ever faced, I donāt feel consumed by anxiety.
I feel peaceful.
Not because life became easierābut because Iām finally giving my body the care it deserved all along.
This is the future of how I want to practice.
Less guessing.
More measuring.
Because when we understand our biology, we stop chasing wellness and start building itāone consistent day at a time.
Reconnect. Regulate. Find your rhythm.
Because healing is a dance ⦠not a diagnosis!
