🏡 Carindale ILO Accommodation Opportunity – 2 People

Gem Care Services has a fully furnished, two-level property in Carindale expected to become available soon and is seeking expressions of interest from NDIS participants exploring an Individualised Living Options (ILO) arrangement.

The property may suit two people, subject to individual needs, compatibility, accessibility and participant choice.

📍 Carindale
🏡 Fully furnished, with upstairs and downstairs areas
👥 Ideal for 2 people
💰 Proposed accommodation contribution: $300 per person per week
🤝 Individualised living arrangements based on the participant's preferences, needs and goals
Choice & Control

Participants will have choice and control over their living arrangements and supports. There is no requirement to use Gem Care Services for support in order to consider the accommodation.

If a participant chooses Gem Care Services as their support provider, supports can be discussed separately and tailored to their individual needs.

We welcome enquiries and referrals from NDIS participants, families, Support Coordinators and ILO providers who are looking at suitable living options in Carindale.
