Whether your body needs deep muscular relief, your nervous system needs calming, or your heart simply needs a safe space to be supported, there is a package created just for you.

Perfect for relieving tension, calming your nervous system and restoring balance.

🌿 Deep Reset – 90-minute Massage + Reiki ($170)
A deeper healing experience to release stress, restore energy and leave you feeling lighter and grounded.

🌿 Ultimate Wellness Journey – Massage + Reiki + Sound Healing ($210)

The ultimate self-care experience to nourish your mind, body and soul through deep relaxation and energetic healing.

🌿 Women's Reset Session – Breathwork + Sound Healing + Holistic Counselling ($180)

A gentle, supportive space to pause, process emotions, gain clarity and reconnect with the woman you truly are.

Come along and join in an evening where you can be witnessed, held and supported exactly where you are.
Lower the walls, let the love in and release what no longer serves you.
This year has seen many challenges for us and this is your time and space to surrender, recharge and let some healing begin.
Come and gather with other women and remember what it feels like again to be in a connective, loving and safe environment.
Bring along your bestie, sisters, mother, aunties or come alone. If your anxious, nervous feel like this might be uncomfortable for you then know from my heart to your heart Lisa, Katey and myself will be with you every step of the way.
