Three years ago, I took a leap of faith and opened Elite Imaging Group.
I had a vision for what healthcare in our region could look like - a service built on clinical excellence, genuine patient care, and a commitment to doing things differently. What I didn't fully appreciate at the time was just how much growth, resilience, and determination it would take to bring that vision to life.
The past three years have been some of the most challenging and rewarding of my career. Building a business from the ground up requires constant learning, adapting, and backing yourself, even when the path ahead isn't always clear.
What makes this milestone even more meaningful is that it has happened alongside raising a young family. Balancing the responsibilities of business ownership with being a wife and mum has been one of my greatest challenges, but also one of my greatest motivations. My family has been behind me every step of the way, and I couldn't be more grateful for their support.
Today, I look around and feel incredibly proud of what we have built. From a vision on paper to a trusted imaging practice serving our community, supported by an amazing team and valued referrers, Elite Imaging Group has become something far greater than I ever imagined.
While I'm proud of how far we've come, I'm even more excited about what's ahead. We have ambitious plans for the future, and I truly believe the best is yet to come.
To our team, our referrers, our patients, and my family - thank you. Your trust, support, and belief in what we're building have made this milestone possible.
Three years in business. Countless lessons learned. Endless gratitude. And a future I'm incredibly excited about.
