Happy Father’s Day! 💙

Today we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, father figures and carers who give love, strength and support every day.

Thank you for showing up, caring and making a difference.

Here’s to stronger families, inclusive communities and brighter tomorrows. ❤️

Right now, we've got four staff who started with us as support workers and have gone on to become qualified nurses.

Typically, it starts with a Certificate IV in Disability, and from there our nurses are often the ones who spot the potential in someone and encourage them to take the next step into nursing.

We want to be a company people actually want to work for. If you're a support worker thinking about where this could take you, reach out! We've got the training, the facilities, and the kind of team environment where people actually thrive.

September isn’t just a date change.
It’s a chance to breathe, reset, and remember that dignity, care, and progress never go out of season. 🌱

Here’s to a month of steady support, real conversations, and small wins that matter. 💜

Elisha Wright's son Lachlan has needed high-level care since birth. He has refractory epilepsy, meaning he can have a seizure at any time, so he's needed someone with him 24/7 his whole life.

On a rare night out together, they met Amanda, the Founder of Nurse Assist 24/7 — and Elisha says that meeting changed their world.

Lachlan started out coming for respite. He ended up staying permanently, and he’s loved it here ever since.

This is our six bedroom Supported Independent Living home for participants with complex, high-intensity medical needs.

We support people living with conditions like central congenital hypoventilation syndrome, dementia, and visual impairment, and none of it happens without a highly trained, highly knowledgeable team behind it.

Whoever comes into one of our SIL homes has to be the right fit — because what we're maintaining here is a genuine family environment, not just a placement.

If your child or loved one is looking to transition out of the family home into Supported Independent Living, reach out and we'll have a chat.

SIL and SDA get confused constantly, but they're not the same thing.

Supported Independent Living, SIL, is the funding for support — it's what you get when you're funded to live with other people.

Specialist Disability Accommodation, SDA, is the accommodation itself. SIL houses are usually somewhat accessible, but they're not built to SDA specification.

Not sure what's right for your situation? Get in touch with us and we'll help you work it out.

Every family has a story.

The frustrating part is having to tell it over and over again.

Many NDIS participants and carers find themselves repeating the same information to different providers, support workers, and services.

When communication breaks down, progress slows, frustration grows, and families often carry the burden.

Good support isn't just about delivering services.

It's about understanding your goals, communicating effectively, and ensuring everyone is working together.

Because you should spend more time moving forward and less time repeating yourself.
