Well after about 4yrs of my prices remaining the same, the time has come for me to increase my fees. 😭

As of the 1st January 2024, prices will be increasing by $5. I apologise but thank you for your understanding in this. Looking forward to continuing to treat your aches and pains for another year!! 🙂💪

Wow what another busy year it has been!! Thank you to all for your continued business and support. 🙏😊 and I do apologise if you've had trouble getting an appointment. I haven't worked out how to clone myself yet!!

If you have been in on a Tuesday you may have noticed Aaron Perkins hovering over my shoulder. Aaron is a massage therapist currently studying remedial massage and I have (out of the goodness of my heart🙄) volunteered to help him rack up his clinical hours. I thank you for your patience in this especially if you are willing to be a test subject during treatment sessions and of course if that isn't your cup of tea then we can just kick Aaron out of the room to drink said tea during your session. No biggie.
On another note and as if I didn't have enough going on I have big news!!
I am now qualified to do Myofascial Dry Needling!! 🥳
This is another way to treat trigger points and muscular dysfunction and can help reduce pain and increase restricted range of motion. This is very exciting for me to be able to have another tool in my toolbox to add to my treatment sessions. Let me know if you're keen on trying it.
I will also remind you as the year comes to a rapid end to make sure you are utilising your remedial massage cover with your private health fund. Have you used all your cover for the year? If not then book in. I only have a few spots left until the end of the year.

BIG NEWS AHEAD:

From APRIL onwards I will be moving to a new location!!
The new address is 5/2-6 Antigua St, Safety Bay and it will be inside the Woodbridge Physio building.
Pricing, payments, online booking link and contact number will remain the same.
Looking forward to this exciting change!!
