SOUND BATH with Tracey
Bring your own yoga mats, cushion, eye mask & blanket. If the floor is not for you - then grab a chair or bring your own foldable/travel recliner. The more comfy you are - the better the experience.

All you need to do is close your eyes and listen to the calming sounds of chimes and crystal singing bowls.
Delivered by an accredited practitioner and member of My Health Association.
