May carried a lot of intensity - the wild storm over the weekend here in Perth felt strangely symbolic of the month itself. So much upheaval, movement, pressure, foundations being tested.

And while I feel there is still movement occurring, June carries a different frequency. Softer. Slower. More embodied.

This month inside The Etheric Circle we move into:

Elements / Matter - reconnecting with what you are made of, inside and out.

A return into the body as a place of presence and intelligence. Spirit moving through matter. Creation taking form through the physical experience of being here.

Inside The Grid we journey with the frequency of Hawaii, the Big Island - the meeting place of fire and ocean, destruction and creation, where new earth is continuously being formed.

Less thinking. Less forcing. More listening. Breathing Creation into Form through presence, energy, movement, intention.

This feels like a month to reconnect with the body, the breath, the elements, and the quiet intelligence moving beneath it all. To notice what emerges when you stop gripping so tightly and allow yourself to move with creation rather than against it.

For those who have been circling The Etheric Circle for a while, this month feels like a beautiful entry point.

And for those already inside The All, I have a feeling this month is going to land very deeply within the body and field in a way that words probably won’t fully capture.

So blessed to have my clinic space near the beach.

I have a break before my last client of the day. It’s been a big day so I decided to come for a walk along the beach, to cleanse and ground.

As soon as I arrived I was greeted with a pelican coming in for landing to join two pelicans already swimming in the ocean.

Their vibration always feels so strong when I can be in the same body of water as them at the same time.

Pelicans are one of my spirit animals. Pelicans symbolise honesty, selflessness and when seen floating on the water, it is a symbol of reflection and balance, going inward and finding stillness.

I enjoyed my moment with the pelicans and wanted to share their majestic energy with you all. As well as the sound of the ocean.

I hope you can take this as a moment. Maybe even reflect on where you need balance in your life and how to invite more stillness into your life.

At this time of profound awakening and physical ascension, our main aim as ascending souls is to remain aligned with authentic sources of guidance and spiritual support. Being plugged into astral and other inorganic sources is common, as is having negative guides. It is our responsibility to know our strength and power to command these energies and sources to leave our auric field and sacred space immediately.

The more we fortify our silver cord, personal ascension diamond pillar, and disengage from massive manipulative 3D sources, the more we remain in our soul portals, descending the wisdom and Truth from our Divine Sources at every step of our journey.

Remember that you are Divine Radiance, as my Guides often reiterate, and nothing else.

This is a decree to help you command all lower forces, sources, and influences to leave your personal field, retrieving energetic sovereignty and, above all, full command over your entire body and life.

Remember that your body is a frequency receptor and energetic expansor. Command daily to be only aligned with what is benevolent, organic, and of Divine nature.
