We live our life in the patterns and adaptive behaviours we made from our past experience. Some patterns are very useful and some are not so.
In developing space for deep inner listening we can learn to discern when the stored information in our brain & body is presenting a false narrative in the current moment.
In this session we want to invite you in the space of curiousity and openness to explore core beliefs & conditioning that arise for you when under pressure or when in environments where the nervous system is adapting to “cope”
De- conditioning or un- becoming our reactive patterns is the place where we befriend the alert system and truely understand the benefit of the often spoken of pause between stimulus and response. What is true in this moment is a worthwhile enquiry. What are our own authentic needs ? What does it mean to “know thyself”
We are inspired by the vision of a world where we all understand ourselves better and thus can hold compassionate space for ourselves and others. Imagine …. As holistic coaches this is the cornerstone of our work which blends perfectly with the practice of yoga and meditation.

This session will include ~
Learning & journal reflection on the workings of the mind and our own patterns.
Restorative yoga space with gentle sound to integrate and embody awareness and listening to true body wisdom
Relaxation in NSDR (non sleep, deep rest state.
Bring your journal and anything special you require for comfort.
Relaxing tea offered afterwards.

Facilitators ~ Osheani & Anandi deliver this from their studies in holistic counselling and empowerment coaching as well as their 20+ years each in Yoga & meditation teaching ~ sharing relatively from our own lived experience.
