Sometimes you’re so busy watering the garden that you forget to stop and notice how much it has grown 🌱

Over the past year, Wellbeing Spot has blossomed in ways we could only have dreamed of when the doors first opened.

What started as a vision — to create a welcoming space where our community could explore alternative and complementary ways to support their wellbeing — has become so much more.

A place where people walk in as strangers and leave feeling connected.

A place where local practitioners can share their gifts, grow their businesses, and do what they love.

A place filled with conversations, laughter, learning, healing, meditation, movement, creativity, and those beautiful little moments of magic you can’t quite explain ✨

We’ve welcomed new practitioners, new services, new classes, workshops, events and so many incredible people through our doors.

And the most beautiful part?

We’re still growing 💜

They can be shaped through childhood experiences, family conditioning, emotional wounds, past experiences or years of putting ourselves last.
