Authenticity takes courage.

One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is permission to be who we truly are.

Not who others expect us to be.

Not who we've been told we should be.

But who we genuinely are underneath it all.

This Pride Month, I'm reflecting on the courage it takes to live authentically.

To honour your truth.

To listen to your inner knowing.

To stop hiding parts of yourself in order to belong.

Because real belonging starts with belonging to yourself first.
