24/7 Pilates and headspace Roma have teamed up to offer a FREE wellness session for young people aged 16-25 years.

Breathwork
Mat Pilates
Reformer Pilates
Delicious morning tea
A relaxing, beginner-friendly morning

On Saturday 24 October, Zonta Roma is bringing together local professionals, community members and parents for an informal conversation about raising, supporting and staying connected with girls as they grow.

We'll talk about the things that can be tricky to navigate — mental health, relationships, bodies, online life, independence, emotions, confidence and more.

Questions are welcome. In fact, they're encouraged.

Because if you're wondering about it, mostly everyone else is too.
