We help participants access services and other activities outside of their homes, travel assistance allows you to complete your daily tasks and meet your needs to live a sustainable life. We will drive you to your appointment or another place in the community. Our transport services are booked on an ongoing basis, such as a weekly trip to the shops or regular medical appointments.
