My name is Maëva, I developed an interest in body awareness and movement control, leading me to become an holistic Personal trainer, Yoga and Pilates Instructor and I'm more aware (not to say obsessed) of muscle imbalance and postural dysfunction. I've decided to undertake two intensive courses to understand the primary injuries from the hips, knee and shoulder pain. Weight loss can be challenging

to manage, especially after one or multiple births, but also after 35+ when hormone imbalances start to appear because of Pre-menopausal symptoms. Hence, I recently put these two subjects into my pocket to understand factors, discomfort, and obstacles during those stages. I would love to help you achieve your goals, whatever they are.

Progress isn’t always about adding more weight.

Maybe for you, it’s feeling stronger, moving better, or simply noticing that something feels easier than it used to.

That’s progress too.

You don't need extra hours to train instead focus on maximising the time you already have.

Having a clear plan, the right amount of training, and a routine that fits into your life can make all the difference.

Your training should fit into your life, not take over it.

A little studio update

One more addition to the home studio!

Because training here isn't just about the Reformer.

Depending on what you need, we can combine strength, Pilates and mobility — all in the same space.

A little stronger. A little more confident. A little more capable.

That's the goal. 😊

Even coaches lose their motivation sometimes.

Maybe I didn’t need more discipline.
Maybe I just needed a break.

I’m taking my time getting back into training, without trying to be where I was before my holidays.

And I’m actually enjoying strength training again. ❤️🏋🏽‍♀️

Slowly getting back to it.

6 weeks away - Hello du Calvaire_La Désirade

3 flags 🇸🇰🇫🇷🇬🇵

9 different beds

+4 kg — apparently all in my b***s & butt 😂

Randomly bumping into my best friend reminds me that, even if we lose track of life, our feelings stay intact.

Experiencing more of my partner's Slovakia and showing him my background—from Chartres to Guadeloupe and La Désirade.

Countless family & friend meals and stories about us.

Too many hours travelling, but making memories 😊

A few mountains climbed ⛰️

2 families ❤️

Feeling lucky to have such nice families

Stronger relationship 🥰

Tons of beautiful landscapes

Paris in under 24 hours. 🇫🇷

A little break in the Tuileries Garden. ☀️

I used to work a two-minute walk from the Louvre. (most natural)

Catching up with friends. 🥰

Had to introduce my Slovak partner to a proper traditional French crêpe. 🇫🇷🥞

First time seeing the Eiffel Tower together. ❤️🇫🇷

Magnifique!

Girls time 💋

From coaching... to climbing mountains... to milking goats. 😅🐐

Definitely not how I imagined spending my holiday... but here we are.

I'm so grateful to be welcomed into my partner's family and experience little moments like this. ❤️

I knew the High Tatras would be beautiful.

I didn't expect them to be that hard. 😂

My legs survived the climb.

My cardio... not so much.

It's a good reminder that being fit is specific.

You can be strong in the gym and still get humbled by a mountain.

Safe to say... I'll be working on my cardio a little more. 😅

We all have something we tend to avoid.

For me... it's cardio. 😅

So instead of trying to follow my usual routine while I'm away, I'm using this holiday to work on what I don't do enough.

It's something I often tell my clients too.

You don't always need to do more.

Sometimes you just need to work on what you've been avoiding.

What's yours?
