Make meal-prep work for you👊🏽
No matter how hard you train, if you fail to prepare then prepare to fail.
Many have perfect workouts but go home and eat take-out 2/7 days a week
If time is your problem, buy a slow cooker. It literally cooks whilst you’re at work or seeing friends or going for a walk
