Ever wanted to see a physio but just never have?
Good news! I'm a physio, and you could see me!
My name is Jess (sometimes misheard in waiting rooms as Jeff, and more recently, Jet), and I have just started my own practice, Marwood Physio, in Rosny Park!
I have been a physio for 13 years now, and while I absolutely love treating the classics (back pain, sprained ankles, arthritic knees, sore shoulders - you name it, I treat it), my favourite clients are the “tricky ones”. The ones that feel like they’ve tried it all, have been brushed off time and time again, and just want someone to listen and work with them to figure out what the heck is going on in their bodies and how we can help it feel better/work better/move better!
