I had to put these two photos side by side because even I was surprised when I looked at them.

That’s just under 8 weeks apart.

And there’s one BIG difference between these two photos…

Someone asked me again this week why I don’t just use something like BPC-157.

Here’s my honest answer.

I think about it this way: different compounds are studied for different purposes. Some are very targeted. Others are designed around broader wellness goals.

And most of us aren’t dealing with just one thing.

We’re navigating changes in energy, recovery, muscle, sleep, body composition and the way our bodies respond to stress and aging.
