Capability Care is seeking a friendly and compatible female housemate (approximately 30–40 years of age) for one of our wonderful NDIS participants living in Brunswick West.

We are looking for someone who:
✨ Is friendly, respectful, and enjoys social interaction
✨ Is able to communicate verbally
✨ Prefers a calm and peaceful home environment
✨ Is considerate and not excessively loud with the TV or music
✨ Is comfortable living with a participant who smokes

The home is a High Physical Support/Robust property, providing a safe, comfortable, and well-supported living environment.

If you are a Support Coordinator, Support Worker, family member, or know someone who may be a suitable match, we'd love to hear from you.

We just finished building Alpha — a specially designed Robust SDA home tailored for an NDIS participant’s unique needs.It took us over a year to carefully design and build this safe, comfortable space where they can truly feel at home and live independently for the long term.Our Mission:At Capability Care, we empower NDIS participants by providing high-quality, purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation that supports individual needs, promotes independence, and fosters a true sense of home.Our Purpose:We are dedicated to designing and constructing thoughtfully architected homes tailored to the unique abilities of each participant. Just a friendly reminder that our Open Day is happening this Saturday, 7th December, from 11 AM to 3 PM at 1695 Sydney Road, Campbellfield.

Are you planning to explore Adult support services for next year?

If you’re considering support services for 2025, we invite you to connect with us and explore what we have to offer. This is a great opportunity to meet our team and learn about our programs.

In addition to regular classes like life skills, art, and community access, we’re proud to offer elective programs tailored to participants' interests. These include exciting options like music lessons,cooking and computer literacy, allowing participants to explore areas they’re passionate about.
