What a night it was at the Shoktober Heart Foundation event held at the spectacular Ohana at Salesforce Tower in Sydney ✨

It’s not every day you get to interview not just one but two cardiac arrest survivors and a cardiologist, dive deep into their stories and hear the impacts of decades of research in helping better prevent, detect and treat heart disease🫀

With 100 donors, partners and supporters in the room, there were tears, goosebumps and cheers of celebration.

A huge thank you to Suzanne and the Heart Foundation team for bringing this event to life, and a special shoutout to Foodie del Mar who put on the most delicious spread of food for the evening 👏🏼

ZERO ALC INFUSED WATER🚰🍋

🏉 Starting to think about footy finals entertaining?

Maybe you’re off the grog. 🍷

Try this easy infused water, it’s the perfect zero drink to brighten up your home 😌🍓🌿🫐

1️⃣ Grab yourself a large water dispenser.

2️⃣ Slice some fresh lemons, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, cucumber, ginger and mint and place them in the dispenser (don’t worry if you don’t have all of them, just throw in what you do!)

3️⃣ Fill it up with water and allow an hour or so for the flavours to infuse.

Ps. That gorgeous pink glow is from freshly cut Aussie strawberries 🍓✨

We were grateful to be interviewed on 7NEWS Australia last night for a story on gut health ❤️

It’s well established that following an eating pattern like the traditional Mediterranean Diet reduces the risk of depression and anxiety, and the effect is even greater with the support of an Accredited Practising Dietitian.
