Applicants must have previous disability support work experience and be confident providing individualised, person-centred support.

We are looking for team members who are:

✅ Reliable, caring and professional
✅ Strong communicators
✅ Flexible with their availability
✅ Confident supporting participants in their homes and the community
✅ Committed to helping participants achieve their goals and maintain their independence

Applicants must hold or be willing to obtain all relevant screening checks, qualifications and insurances required for the role.

🌿🐴 What a wonderful first farm session! 🐴🌿

Today we welcomed our very first participant out to the farm for some fun, fresh air and animal time!

The morning started with a ride around the property in the ATV with Jasmine, followed by spending time meeting and hanging out with our beautiful ponies and our friendly emu. 🐎🦤

There’s something so special about slowing down, connecting with animals and enjoying the peaceful farm environment. We loved seeing the smiles and can’t wait for many more sessions filled with laughter, learning and unforgettable memories.

We can’t wait to welcome more participants out to experience everything our little farm has to offer! 💚

Peanut & Blossom attended today’s participant psychology session… 🐶💤

The girls came along to today’s participant psychology session to offer their moral support… but they quickly decided it was actually the perfect nap session instead! 😂

While everyone else was hard at work, Peanut and Blossom were busy catching up on some very important beauty sleep. 🩷🐾

Safe to say they rated today’s session 10/10 for relaxation! 😴

🩸❤️ Giving Back to the Community ❤️🩸

Today our very own Jo reached an incredible milestone — 10 blood donations! 🎉

As a registered NDIS provider, OTM is passionate about supporting people with disabilities, but we also believe in supporting our wider community wherever we can. Something as simple as donating blood can make a life-saving difference to people in need.

Jo has the rare and highly sought-after O Negative blood type, often referred to as the “universal donor” blood type because it can be given in emergency situations when every second counts. ❤️

To celebrate donation number 10, Jo was presented with a certificate and, of course, the most important reward of all… free chocolate! 🍫😂

We’re incredibly proud of Jo for taking the time to help others beyond the work we do every day. Whether it’s supporting participants, helping families, caring for animals, or donating blood, it’s all about making a positive difference in our community.

Well done, Jo! Here’s to the next 10 donations! 🩸👏❤️

🌸 Shotgun? Blossom thinks she’s the co-driver! 🚐🐾

“Excuse me, why is everyone acting like I’m not in charge of this trip? I’ve claimed the front seat, I’m supervising the driver, and I expect snacks at every stop.” 🤨😂

Blossom has officially promoted herself from therapy dog to Head of Transport Operations. Her duties include:
🐾 Judging your driving
🐾 Watching for snack opportunities
🐾 Looking adorable while doing absolutely nothing
🐾 Ensuring all passengers follow her instructions

Pretty sure she believes the van belongs to her and we’re all just along for the ride! ❤️🌸

🐴🌿 More Than Just Horses 🌿🐴

One of the things we love most at OTM is seeing the difference the farm environment makes for our participants.

Whether it’s feeding the horses, patting the dogs, helping with farm jobs, going for a walk around the property, or simply enjoying some fresh air, the farm provides opportunities to build confidence, independence, social skills and wellbeing in a way that doesn’t feel like therapy.

Every day is a little different, and that’s exactly how we like it. ❤️

🐴💚 A morning on the farm looks a little like this… 💚🐴

One of the best parts of our farm-based supports is getting involved in the daily care of the horses. From feed-up runs in the buggy, to checking water, handing out hay and making sure all our horses are happy and healthy, there’s always something to do! 🚜🌱

Not only is it a lot of fun, but activities like these help build confidence, responsibility, independence and practical life skills in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Jasmine was out this morning making sure everyone was fed and happy, with plenty of horsey supervisors keeping a close eye on her work! 😂🐴
