Some days physiotherapy can feel like the "physio" bit blurs in to the background and there's almost more of a "therapy" theme coming through.

Please know that it's never a burden or "TMI" when you feel safe enough to share more deeply about what's truly involved as part of your healing journey. Because in amongst the “sorry… that was a lot,” something magical often happens.

It is an honor to witness it and to hold space for you.

Today was one of those days where there was less “fixing” and more listening, chatting and helping people find their own pathways forward.

Lots of conversations about small changes, tiny tweaks, movement breaks, stillness, stress management, and finding the lessons hidden in life’s challenges (and recognising which lessons are ours to learn and which are simply ours to witness).

I feel so blessed to support people through their whole wellness journey, not just the aches and pains.

And it seems the theme is following me home tonight too. As I wind down with a warm cacao and a few pages of The Let Them Theory, I’m reminded that sometimes healing, growth and peace come not from doing more, but from allowing, trusting and simply letting people be on their own journey.

I've been doing a little bit of learning with these beautiful humans and I'm excited to share that I've just completed training in Craniosacral Therapy 🙌

It's a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the body's natural rhythms to support relaxation, release tension and encourage the nervous system to settle.

I love learning new ways to support people, and I'm looking forward to exploring how this beautiful modality can complement my physiotherapy offerings. 💛

🌿 Happy long weekend vibes.

These extra days off are gold and a perfect chance for a mini reset…or an interstate trip for a course 🤩

Your body will thank you this long weekend if you mix some gentle movement with proper rest rather than with total rest or total overload.

Movement helps flush out inflammation and keeps your joints happy. So here’s your friendly reminder for the long weekend:

* Take a few short walks (even 10–15 mins)
* Do some gentle stretches and breathing exercises to unwind, physically and mentally
* Stay hydrated (balance out that coffee and wine!)
* Listen to your body and check in with yourself to notice what it is that your body needs from you right now. And if something feels tight or niggly, don’t ignore it.
