What a lovely evening with the team at .

We spent the night learning from founder Jo and longtime ambassador about the science behind the range and what makes it so well suited to supporting our skin. We also got a look at some exciting new products and where the brand is heading next.

Add in beautiful food, a cosmopolitan or two, and the chance to meet the team (thanks for your company over dinner .theskincarecompany), connect with other stockists and say hello to the gorgeous in person, and it really was a special one. It was also great to catch up with again.

Thank you to everyone at for such a wonderful night. Came home inspired and cannot wait to share what is coming. 🀍

BYRYZN Opuluxe V is a Korean 8 in 1 skin booster designed to support skin quality, hydration, brightness and texture over time.

At Halo, BYRYZN is delivered during skin needling, allowing the treatment solution to be applied while the skin is most receptive.

It may be considered for skin that feels dry, dull, uneven in texture or less resilient than usual.

As always, suitability is individual. A consultation is required to determine whether BYRYZN is appropriate for your skin and treatment plan.

Before treatment begins, there is always a plan.

Facial marking is one of the steps that helps guide a thoughtful and personalised approach. It allows treatment placement to be considered in relation to facial structure, natural movement, balance and the areas being assessed.

At Halo, treatment is never rushed.

Every appointment begins with careful consultation, clinical assessment and a clear understanding of what may be appropriate for you.

Not all skin treatments work the same way, and Rejuran is a good example of why that matters.

Rather than working on the surface, Rejuran works within the skin to support its own natural repair and renewal. It is a regenerative approach, and one that aligns closely with the skin-first philosophy at Halo.

If you are curious whether it could be right for your skin, a consultation is always the best place to start. 🀍

Everything you have been told about pores is probably wrong.

Pore-minimising products, steam to "open" them, cold water to "close" them, these are some of the most persistent myths in skincare, and they are worth unpacking.

Because when clients understand what is actually happening with their skin, they make better decisions about how to care for it. Pores do not have muscles. They cannot respond to temperature. And no product can physically change their size.

What can make a difference is understanding what influences how they appear, and building a routine that actually supports the skin rather than chasing a claim on a label. If pores are a concern for you, a skin consultation at Halo is the best place to start🀍

Considering a cosmetic treatment for the first time, or simply doing your research? This one is for you.

The aesthetics industry can feel overwhelming to navigate. There is a lot of noise, a lot of options, and not always a lot of clarity around what actually matters when it comes to making an informed decision about your skin and your care.

These are the five things we believe every person should know before walking into a clinic; because an informed client is always going to have a better experience and a better outcome.

If you have questions or would like to talk through your skin concerns in a safe, no-pressure environment, a consultation at Halo is always the place to start. 🀍

No face is perfectly symmetrical, and that is not a flaw. It is just anatomy.

Every face has natural differences in bone structure, fat distribution, and muscle activity from one side to the other. These variations are completely normal, and understanding them is what separates a considered aesthetic approach from a generic one.

At Halo, every consultation begins with a detailed assessment of the face as a whole. Not to chase symmetry, but to understand it, so that any treatment works with your individual anatomy rather than against it.

Because the goal has never been perfection. It has always been balance. 🀍

Not every skin is ready for needling, and treating before it is can do more harm than good.

Skin needling may support skin texture, collagen production, and the skin's natural renewal processes. But the skin needs a strong, healthy barrier to respond well to treatment. When that foundation is compromised, whether through sensitivity, reactivity, or a depleted barrier, needling can trigger prolonged inflammation, increased sensitivity, and delayed healing rather than the repair it is designed to support.

This is why barrier health is always assessed before any needling treatment at Halo. Sometimes that means adjusting a skincare routine or allowing the skin time to settle first. It is not a delay - it is the difference between a treatment that genuinely serves your skin and one that sets it back.

A consultation is always where it starts 🀍

Winter has a way of making itself known in your skin before anywhere else.

Dehydration, dullness, that tight uncomfortable feeling - these are all signs that your skin barrier is under pressure from the change in season. The good news is that it is one of the most straightforward things to address with the right support.

Two products we reach for again and again in clinic are B5 and the Hydration Booster from . B5 replenishes and supports the skin barrier with lightweight, soothing hydration β€” ideal for dehydrated, sensitised, or post-treatment skin. The Hydration Booster adds an extra layer of moisture and radiance, and can even be mixed into your existing serum, moisturiser, or foundation for a customised finish.

For a limited time, purchase both and receive a complimentary Dry Touch SPF valued at $45. Total value $335: available for $290. While stocks last.

Pop into the clinic or send me a DM to get yours. 🀍

In case you missed it, I have been invited to speak on a panel at the Juv'ae Cosmetic Collective Conference at the Langham Gold Coast this June, and I am still pinching myself!

For those who are not familiar, is one of Australia's most respected aesthetics education and training organisations, a community built around raising the standard of cosmetic practice, mentorship, and clinical excellence across the industry. Being invited to contribute to a conversation at their conference is not something I take lightly.

None of this would be possible without every person who has trusted Halo from the very beginning. That trust is what has allowed me to grow, to keep learning, and now, apparently, to take the stage.
I will keep you posted. 🀍
