fitness, but also in rehabilitation. It can be used to progress individuals through movements that represent their day-to-day activities. The focus on strengthening the core and improving postural awareness are especially well indicated for the alleviation and prevention of back, neck and joint pain. Pilates is suitable for all ages and abilities.

- CHRISTMAS CLOSING HOURS -

To our valued clients and community,

Given the current lockdown that has been imposed on regional Victoria - We will remain CLOSED from this coming Monday (23rd of August) and reopen on Monday the 6th of September (subject to COVID-19 restrictions).

Unfortunately, this means all appointments booked during this time will need to be rescheduled - If you are a patient with an appointment booked over the next 2 weeks you will receive a call to reschedule.
