We’re looking for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Early Learning Officer to work alongside children, families and community through our BiOC North team in Strathpine.
If you’ve been thinking “I love working with children and families, but I’m ready to try something outside of childcare” this could be the perfect next step.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to use their early childhood knowledge and skills in a community-focused role.
✨ What makes the role deadly?
Work within a fun, supportive all Blak Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander team of like-minded early childhood professionals.
Deliver playgroups, early learning activities and community events rather than working within a traditional childcare room.
Build genuine relationships with Mob, families, early childhood services and allied health professionals
Be part of some deadly events, including opportunities to link in and work alongside professional sporting clubs and teams.
Help create culturally safe spaces where bubs can learn, grow and thrive.
Flexible work arrangements may be possible
$68,862–$78,128 + Super + Salary Packaging + more!
🎓 A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is preferred, but it’s not a deal-breaker.
