Have you ever realised that somewhere along the way, you stopped checking in with you?

Life gets busy. There are families to care for, work to do, messages to answer, appointments to remember and a never-ending list of things that seem to need our attention.

And slowly, almost without noticing, we can become so practised at looking outward that we stop listening inward.

What do I need?
How am I actually feeling?
What is my body telling me?
What do I want?

Coming home to yourself doesn’t mean changing your whole life or suddenly putting yourself before everyone else.

Sometimes it simply begins with noticing.

One breath.
One pause.
One moment of listening.

You haven’t lost yourself.

Maybe you’ve simply become very practised at leaving yourself.

And you can practise returning. 🤍

Too many of us have been giving our power away for too long

Putting everyone else in front of ourselves & our needs (if we even know what we need or want anymore!)

Feeling guilty for not being everything for everyone else
Worrying about everyone else

And then, somewhere along the way we forget who we are and what we are here for…
