Dear friends, after several days of heightened solar activity, an X-class solar flare, multiple M-class flares, and now a Kp5 geomagnetic storm, many people may be feeling that this week has carried a different rhythm than usual. For some, this may have appeared as unusual dreams, emotional processing, increased sensitivity, deeper reflection, bursts of inspiration, or a growing awareness that something within is shifting. For others, it may simply feel as though life has been asking for greater honesty about what is working, what is no longer working, and what deserves to move forward.
