All treatments/therapies are reflective of your individual needs.When making an appointment I will ask you to please provide a brief overview of how I can best meet your needs, if you're not sure, no problem, I'll be able to assist you. You may be after some nourishing & rejuvenation, so nothing beats a full-body massage with warm oils. Or you may be suffering from lower back tension/pain, so I would suggest heat treatment. You can choose from I hour, 90 minute & 2 hour treatment sessions. For example you may wish to choose a 90 minute session, which involves massage only or a 1 hour massage with 30 minutes of steam box therapy. Alternatively, you may require concentrated massage & heat treatment for a particular area of your body, so a 1 hour session would be sufficient. As well as the physical treatments, subtle energy work called Marma Point Therapy is often incorporated into all treatments.

90 minute session is $130
2 Hour session is $160
