An InBody scan is a type of body composition analysis that gives you much more information than a standard set of scales.

It can measure:

Body fat percentage
Muscle mass
Fat mass
Visceral fat (fat around your organs)
Body water levels
Segmental muscle distribution (how much muscle is in each arm, leg, and your trunk)
Basal metabolic rate (BMR) – an estimate of calories your body burns at rest.

Dr Michelle Ledbury is proud to take ownership of Samford Valley Medical Centre from Dr Trish Moloney. While Michelle may have bigger feet, she knows she has some big shoes to fill! She is excited to lead the Medical Centre into the future, honouring Trish’s legacy and continuing the whole-person, family-centred and comprehensive health care our community knows and trusts.
Established over 30 years ago, Samford’s original medical centre will remain GP-owned and operated, with our dedicated doctors, experienced nurses, and amazing support team working together to meet the specific health needs of our community with care, compassion, and commitment.
