My journey began with a life long love of plants and a formal education in Western Herbal Medicine, alongside a mentorship with Byron Botanicals founder, Sharn Harper. This laid the groundwork for a strong clinical understanding of herbalism, whilst also shaping my own philosophy around the healing power of plants.

Over the years I have grown, harvested and prepared herbal medicine. These experiences have given me a profound respect for the intelligence of nature and the resilience of the human body when supported by the right remedies.

I no longer offer formal consultations, but I am always happy to share advice, guidance and herbal insight to support personal learning. I welcome open conversation and I’m here to help you feel more confident using herbs in your everyday life.

We believe in the power of plants and our mission is to bring the plants to the people! After all .. plants have always been the people’s medicine .. long before profit became the prescription.
