Strong emotions can overwhelm the body & mind.π§ Take some time for yourself to Breathe- connect with your body. Allow- Allow the emotion to arise fully. Soften- bring some compassion to yourself. 'I know you're feeling sad. I am here for you'. Give yourself a hug or visualize being held by a loved one or spiritual connection such as Mother Earth π β₯οΈ β¨οΈ . You are not alone.
