This programme is designed to be both fun and challenging functional fitness workouts and to meet you exactly where you are at with fitness, strength and skill. Where we can, we will use barbells (from rack keeping wee 1’s safe) and you will always have options for your cardio portions of workouts.
Each workout is designed to be simple, efficient, and adaptable for pregnancy and postpartum. Choose the movement options that feel right for you and always aim for good quality movement before intensity.
Sessions will include core and pelvic floor considerations and easy scaling so you can train confidently day to day!
We will be working closely with a Women’s Health Physio and will regularly bring them into the sessions.
We offer 1 full week for free or a couple of sessions over a couple of weeks just because of life etc.
We have a very friendly, safe, clean environment with lots of other supportive mums and their bubs, along with very knowledgable coaches that will work with you at every level.
