As our new SDO, you won't just be pushing paper—you’ll be the heartbeat of our office. You will be the crucial link connecting our amazing NDIS, Aged Care, and DVA clients with the support workers they rely on.
Here is a sneak peek at what you’ll be doing:
🧩 Mastering the puzzle: Juggling schedules, filling urgent shifts, and making sure our clients always get the care they need.
📞 Being the friendly voice: Taking calls, conducting welfare checks, and being the go-to person for our clients and their families.
💻 Keeping us on track: Smashing data entry, managing our CRM, and making sure all our compliance and billing is 100% spot-on.
