Definitely feeling this new energy, are you?

Perhaps we just experienced one of the most MagicKal Karmic Resets....Are you feeling the Shift... Full Moon Hangover? 🌕🐏🎑🪬

Perhaps you have been feeling a little more emotional, exhausted, restless, sensitive… or just like something is shifting? You’re not alone. For Many, Full Moons tend to bring things to the surface... emotions, realizations, endings, clarity, and sometimes truths we’ve been avoiding.

To many, this 3° Aries Full Moon felt especially significant. It’s the first Full Moon after the Equinox, carrying that beautiful Harvest Moon energy of gathering what we’ve grown and letting go of what we’ve outgrown. The Moon's supportive Conjunction to Saturn Retrograde today 03:20 EDT / 07:20 UTC, adds another layer, reminding us to slow down, reflect, and get honest about what we’re building and what still deserves our energy.

Then tonight, 22:49 EDT / 02:49 UTC, 28 Sept, Mars moves into Leo ushering in the energy of courage, creativity, passion, confidence and the desire to express ourselves more freely.

So if you’ve been feeling a little “off,” emotional, tired, inspired, or ready to finally LET SOMETHING GO… maybe give yourself permission to pause.

Ask yourself.... What is this Full Moon showing me? What am I ready to release? And what part of myself am I ready to reclaim?

Sometimes the Full Moon isn’t asking us to do more. Sometimes it’s simply asking us to see clearly. And maybe that’s exactly where the next chapter begins.

As with all Astrology interpretations, take what resonates and leave what does not.

May you be guided by Spirit, and aligned with the MagicK of the Moon.

What's meant for me is aligning in Divine Perfect Timing. I Believe 11:11 🌌⚖️✨️🪬

Brightest Blessings of Abundance.

When was the last time you gave yourself permission to truly pause, breathe, and simply be?
Gift yourself 2 hours of nurturing stillness — a space away from screens, busy thoughts, and the demands of everyday life to rebalance & realign yourself. Then join us for soup & connections by the fire or time alone in nature.

Join Cass this Sunday, 27th September for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Meditation just 3 minutes out of Scotts Head.

Allow the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls to surround you, gently releasing tension, quietening the mind and creating space for a deeper sense of calm, connection and inner peace.
Whether you're completely new to sound healing or simply feeling called to slow down and replenish, this is your invitation to come home to yourself.

Car full of goodies as I head to the McGrath Breast Cancer sisters’ retreat this evening! Thank you again for the invite Carolyn Cross! Such an honour & I’ve never seen so many participants go so deep! When I said time to wiggle your fingers & toes…. Nothing! Had to say it a number of times, so happy they got to really go deep & enjoy it. I felt a little mean bringing them all back!
So many thankful participants experiencing this for the 1st time! Love that sound therapy can bring joy & peace to so many. 💕🙏💚💚
