💡 Did You Know? You Could Be Missing Out on Safety Net Savings.

Recently, Mr & Mrs Stephen and Dionne Walton transferred to our pharmacy after visiting several different pharmacies over the year. During a routine review, we discovered that her prescriptions were not linked with her husband's for Safety Net purposes.

As a result, some of their eligible prescription spending had not been counted correctly, potentially delaying access to Safety Net benefits.

Our team contacted the pharmacies involved, obtained the necessary Safety Net records, and helped submit the information so a refund could be claimed through Medicare. They were entitled to a $440 Refund!

It's a reminder that sometimes a simple review of your prescription history can make a real difference.
