Does it ever feel like your body is working against you? Like no matter how much you sleep or how well you eat, you’re still exhausted, bloated, and emotionally drained?

Meet Dom a Corporate working mum of three, she came to me feeling completely flat. Despite being very active and eating well, she was dealing with severe constipation (sometimes waiting up to 7 days), daily bloating, low energy, and cycle-related mood swings that felt like uncontrollable rage.
